Elster Perfection’s siphon tee is a permanent, cost-effective solution for the removal of standing water from natural gas mains. Once the siphon tee has been properly installed, a shut-off valve can be placed at the surface.  When the main needs to be drained again, the operator simply accesses the valve and siphons the water according to the utility’s operating standards.
